I went through the old IRTF list and manually found all the addresses that
were set to no mail, and unsubscribed them from the new list since it is
apparent that a lot of them imagined that they had unsubscribed but
actually hadn't.
Now I can't wait for the complaints from people asking why they were
booted off the new list.
